At Vanshaj Gear, we are committed to delivering high-quality strength gear. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged or defective

Wrong product delivered

 

2. Return Request Timeline

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be accepted

 

3. Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

Images showing the issue

👉 Without an unboxing video, claims may be rejected.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

Product must be unused

Product must be in original condition

Original packaging must be intact

 

5. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect usage or handling

Minor wear due to use

Size preference issues

6. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund will be issued via:

Original payment method

Or bank transfer (if applicable)

 

7. Replacement Option

In eligible cases, we may offer:

👉 Replacement instead of refund (preferred option)

8. Return Shipping

If the issue is on our side → we bear shipping cost

If not → customer may need to bear return shipping

 

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

 

10. Important Note

Our products are built for high-performance strength training.

👉 Minor variations in stitching, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
